Delivery Charges

Pallet Deliveries

Many of our paving products are delivered on pallets using specialist courier services.

Pallet deliveries are typically made to the nearest safe and accessible roadside location.
Drivers are unable to carry products into your property or garden.
Suitable access is required for pallet delivery vehicles.

If you’re unsure whether your property is suitable for pallet delivery, please contact us before placing your order.

Missed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed because no one is available or access is restricted, additional delivery charges may apply for a redelivery.

Please ensure all delivery details are correct and any special access requirements are communicated in advance.
