Returning Your Order

If you wish to return an item, please contact our team as soon as possible after receiving your order. Returns must be authorised before any goods are sent back.

Returned items should:

Be unused and in their original condition
Be returned in their original packaging where possible
Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Be returned within the agreed return period

Please note that return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are faulty or supplied in error.

Damaged or Incorrect Goods

We take great care when preparing every order. However, if your goods arrive damaged, defective or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photographs of the goods and packaging

Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange or refund where applicable.

Natural Stone Products

Natural stone is a product of nature and may feature variations in colour, texture, veining and surface finish. These natural characteristics are not considered defects and are part of the unique appearance of each piece.

We strongly recommend ordering samples before placing a full order to ensure the product meets your expectations.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or faulty goods.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable unless faulty:

Special order or bespoke products
Cut-to-size materials
Custom-made items
Goods that have been installed or used
Products returned in an unsaleable condition

Cancelling an Order

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Orders that have already been dispatched may be subject to our standard returns procedure.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please contact our team. We’ll advise on availability and any additional costs that may apply.
